Cari is an AI companion service. By using Cari, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use your phone number for authentication only. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of any charge if you have not used the service during that period.
4. Conversations
Your conversations with Cari are stored locally on your device and optionally synced across your devices. We do not sell your conversation data. Conversations may be used to improve Cari's responses to you specifically.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Cari to generate harmful content, attempt to circumvent safety measures, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cari is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Cari is an AI and its responses should not be treated as professional advice.
